Face to Face with immigration 2009

The conferences Face to Face with immigration 2009 "Days of Reflection and Conferences on Immigration and Employment", V edition of the event, reaffirm this need to inform the civilian population of Andalusian society and promote awareness among experts and administration, of this phenomenon. For all these, it is essential to promote dynamic encouncters soncerning immigration, to better approach the phenomenon and find right solutions aimed at full integration of immigrants into the host society. It is necessary to further sensitize the public to improve not only its approach to this phenomenon of migration, but also the treatment given to immigrants within the host society and especially in the workplace.

Cycle of Concerts of Musical Encounters with Immigration 2008

There were two performances of the Mandingo groups of Senegal and Tikal of Latin America in the Civic Center Las Sirenas, on the 1st and 8th of Novembern that fall within the Cycle of Concerts of Musical Encounters with the Immigration 2008. The actions were organized by the Ientity DECCO International and were well attended by the public.

The conferences Face to Face with the Immigration 2007, were formed by conducting 4 dynamic workshops on Poverty, Irregularities, Voting Rights and Employment, all in relation to the phenomenon of immigration. They were dynamic workshops where reflection and participation were prioritized and whose findings are available in the report of the event.

Photo Exhibition 2006

DECCO International introduces the arts as the highest expression of feeling and of the immigrant's identity as a being full of their own experience, and enlighten Gaviria Square with colours, with landscapes and faces of other places through an exhibition of Mexican and Spanish artists, Raul Peña Bonifaz Basque Lolo respectively.

DECCO International, by means of three concerts in Huelva, Cadiz and Seville, invited the group BENAMIN to be the protagonists of the cultural connection between the immigrant and the host society, while introducing the music as a tool for raising the awareness the host society.

The conferences Face to Face with the Immigration 2004, were established by conducting presentations on the phenomenon of migration in relation to the legal issue, Associations, Health, Women and Co-operation, aiming to inform and sensitize the Andalusian civil society  to the various problems being faced by the group on its way to full integration into the host society.

The Conferences Face to Face with the Immigration 2003 are the second edition of the event. They wWere days of awareness and information where the image took its place in a photo exhibition and audiovisual presentations, in addition to having large contributions from experts from the worlds of education and civil society organizations.
